Can you recommend unusual/interesting/tasty non-alcoholic drinks to try in different European countries e.g. Almdudler in Austria?

Coffee drinks are probably a category of their own, but I enjoy bicerin from Turin (and at the Carluccio's chain in the UK).

Everybody I know hates it, but I adore Irn Bru and took back a ton of its cough syrupy goodness when I went to England.

Unicum in Hungary satisfies at least the first two criteria.

There's a mint lemonade in France called Bella Lula. Maybe not unusual, but more or less interesting/tasty.

Oops, non-alcoholic: Tizer and dandelion & burdock in Britain, then; Antésite in France; red lemonade in Ireland.

Apfelschorle in Germany. Apple juice with seltzer water. You can do it up with other juices as well; cherry, pear, banana, mango, etc.

Cordial(mix with water!), squash and barley water in the UK.

Following up on brujita: hot Ribena. Especially at this time of year. Blackcurrant drinks really aren't common at all in the US outside of hippie-groceries, but they've rotted the teeth of many generations of British kids.

Cockta is a soft drink from Slovenia.

Its main ingredient comes from the dog rose berry. The other ingredients come from 11 different herbs, lemon and orange. It contains neither caffeine nor orthophosphoric (sic) acid.

Also their current slogan is: Brez kofeina - brez kisline - brez heca!
No Caffeine - No Acid - No Kidding!

Not particularly unusual but definitely tasty, when I was in Spain I fell in love with granissats, which are basically slushies.

Common in Asia but hard (not impossible) to find in the US is canned chrysanthemum tea. I love that stuff.
