Where Can I Find Service Website/Organizations In Los Angeles

Where can I find sites/groups in Los Angeles (other than Craig's list) where one can request, barter or time bank services.

I am producing a large TEDx event in May, 2010 and I am looking people to donate services, age range 25 +, to help establish the infrastructure to the point where we can begin asking for sponsors to help with actual cost of event and services.

Main services needed....

Webmaster
Event Planner
PR person
Video Recorder
Boy/Girl Friday

Posting on Craig's List, I have to run the gauntlet of cynics, etc. I'd like to find a group that is a little more amenable to something like this.

Best answer: Elance?

You can also see if you qualify to post on Idealist for volunteers (I think TED posts jobs there).

Best answer: I know of the Arroyo Time Bank in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area, whom you could get in contact with. They probably have a lot of media-related people in membership, but it is also very locally-focused, so you could check with them about specifics.
