Get site map

How do I get a site map for a site that doesn't have one? Preferably with a complete clickable list of all the site's web pages?

I'm a member of a professional group that has about 1 terabyte of material on-line for its members, which we access from links on the main page. Unfortunately, there is no site map. The staff is tiny and not knowledgeable enough to create one.

Furthermore, the most recent update added an additional directory level, so all the links are broken.

How can I create (from the outside) a list (preferably clickable) of all the site pages as they exist now -- that is, not simply a list of the (broken) links, but actual page URLs. If possible, I want a list of all the documents on the site.

You need a site map generator.

It doesn't really do site maps but Google Custom Search can be really useful when you actually have to find stuff and not just list them.

I am going make the assumption that with that much data you are using some sort of CMS? It would be helpful to those answering this question to know that information. Many have site mapping built in or it's easy enough to build one.
