Dosya? Duzen? Gorunum? (Inkscape in English, please?)

The default language (i.e. all of the menu items) for Inkscape (0.48 on OS X 10.6.8) somehow changed from English to (what I believe is) Turkish. How do I change it back?

I've put a couple screenshots of the navigation required to get to the language pref up. Step 1 and step 2.

(I'm on Ubuntu 11.04; you might find it's significantly different on OS X.)

Thanks Rich! The "Interface" panel was buried deep, but I found it. Strangely, the Language was set to "System Default", but switching it to English and restarting did the trick.
