What is this poem?

I'm trying to find a poem, but can only remember a few vague lines. (Something about angels dancing?)
I read a poem a few years back by a male poet who, if memory serves, was either Amish or Mennonite.
I definitely remember the line, "The reason the angels are deaf is so prayers reach God alone," and there was also a line beginning with, "The reason the angels are blind." I think the last line had to do with dancing.
I have been trying in vain to find this poem for months now-- Hope?!
