How do I buy a US iTunes card from the UK?

I want to buy an iTunes gift card for someone in the US. I am in the UK. How do I do this?

This person has given me only one item on his wish list: an iTunes card. I don't mind if it's a physical card that's sent to him or if it just emails him a code. But when I go to the US Apple Store web site and try to order one, it looks like it will only accept a UK billing address. Is there a way around this?

Best answer: You can buy things on US Amazon easily from the UK (you can even log in with your UK Amazon account details).

Best answer: Despite the somewhat dodgy-looking website, I can assure you that Jerry Cards is legit, and can deliver various US gift-card codes instantly, including iTunes ones.

Then you can use some other site to send the person an e-Card with the code included, maybe.

I used them twice when I had my Canada and US billing addresses tangled up and was locked out of Netflix. Worked great.

You can go on the apple store website to do that. Try this link. Use Guest Checkout.

Just FYI - I needed a code, rather than a card, and used the Jerry Cards site today with extreme success - thanks rokusan for the post, I've been wanting something like this for the past year or so.

Response by poster: Thanks, everyone -- Amazon didn't even occur to me, but there you go. I've bought a gift card and it's just been shipped, so I think it will work out just fine. Jerry Cards looks interesting -- I might give it a go next time. Yellow, I did try that first, as I said in my question, but it wants you to put in a US billing address, which I don't have.
