The Shuttle series isn't that small, but close. posted by phearlez at 12:02 PM on June 23, 2005
There's a nano-itx form factor out from the same guys as mini-itx (Epia), but it's unclear whether it's actually purchaseable at the moment. posted by RikiTikiTavi at 12:18 PM on June 23, 2005

Sudhian's SFFTech is a good site for SFF resources.

Sadly - and despite looking amazing - the nano-ITX boards have been delayed again. Reading between the lines on this page, they're still a long way off. Mini-ITX is still the smallest mass-market form factor currently available. posted by blag at 4:13 PM on June 23, 2005
I'm doing something similar (at a glacial pace), and I'm using an EPIA mini-itx, fanless.
I'm going to put the whole thing in a wooden box that I'm going to build, about the size of a shoebox but shorter. posted by gurple at 5:17 PM on June 23, 2005
