UK Filter: Can anyone tell me what city this woman in this (racist) video is in?

Video is here. I'd like to know what city this was taken in, and, if possible the date and time.

London, according to the video caption and accent of the woman in the video.

I think this might be on Tramlink route 3 judging by the furnishing of the tram and the route map which is visible on the wall.

Also, it says 'Beddington Lane' on the destination sign visible at 2m07s, which would confirm what I said in my previous comment.

As for time, one of the YT tags reads 1703. Don't know if that means anything for time. Assuming these trams are outdoors, and it looks like night time in out the tram windows in the video, maybe 5:03 PM?
