How do I re-set an EasyCheck lock?
On my last trip to the US I bought a couple of EasyCheck locks from Brookstone in the airport lounge. I'm off to the US again this week so today I tried to follow the instructions to set the combination, following them, so I thought, to the letter.
The numbers were set to 0000, I pulled up the shackle, turned it 180 degrees, then pressed it down and rotated it another 90 degrees, set the numbers, moved the shackle back to position, and that's where it has got stuck. The shackle won't move. It was a two-pack lock set, so I've tried this with both locks, and they are both now stuck in the same position.
Does anyone know how I can re-set them?
