Gavle Goat inauguration online (US)

Can you help me watch the inauguration of this giant goat?

Every year I look forward to the Gävlebocken, the giant straw Christmas goat in Gävle, Sweden. I just learned that it (he?) has an Inauguration on Advent Sunday - November 27th this year, I think.

I always enjoy the webcams and would love to watch the Inauguration online somehow but I didn't see anything about it on the Mer Jul i Gävle website and I'm not having luck searching. I am in the US and lack Swedish-language skillz.

Thanks! The webcams are static images, though (no?) - I was hoping to find some moving video for the fireworks/performances at the Inauguration.
