How do I track when an item was uploaded, not modified, in GoogleDocs?

I don't believe there's currently a way to do so. It's still listed as a feature request at http://code.google.com/p/google-docs-upload/issues/detail?id=28 - star the issue and comment to ask if there have been any updates.
