Automated Upload?

I'm looking for a script or a little piece of software (free please) for Windows that watches a directory on my PC and uploads its contents to a directory on a remote server (or preferably syncs it with this directory, but I don't know if that's possible).

I've used Karens Replicator to do it over a network. It's free and maybe worth a look.

Response by poster: I should add this server is not in my LAN, so it would probably have to use FTP.

I'm using Syncback and it's freeware and seems to work really well. No affiliation etc...

You could try this industrial grade (and industrial complexity) application [rsync].
