where to fly on New Year's cheap?

I want to take off for three weeks over New Year's, and open to go pretty much anywhere as long as the flight is cheap. suggestions? is there a website/service that allows you to search for cheap flights anywhere given specific dates?
Response by poster: interesting. thanks, eugenen. it seems to only have certain regions though - asia/south asia is not there, and i could not figure out a way to change the date of departure?

Cheap flights aren't the only consideration. It's cheap to fly to Paris in the winter, but the minute you land it gets hella pricey. It costs a lot to fly to India, but once there you can get by on very little.
