Enhanced HARP for second home?

Will the enhanced Home Affordable Refinance Program be available for second homes/investment property, or only for primary residences? I've looked on the official website but am not seeing this information.

I also don't see anything about investment properties but you would be disqualified anyway if your mortgage wasn't owned guaranteed by Fannie or Freddie prior to 5/31/2009 or if you're not current on payments. Don't know if that applies to you.
