Looking for a Clan banner/emblem generator.

I'm looking for any and all online image generators/creators that allow a person to create some sort of Clan banner, heraldry, or emblem.

This would be used in a very small setting with a group of friends, so the source doesn't matter (i.e. CoD: Black Ops Playercard Generator would work just fine).
