Looking for wrist watch with particular features

I'm looking for a wrist watch with these features: Digitial, water proof/resistant, an easy way to monitor my or someone else's heart rate in an emergency situation, and a timer that I can easily set for 2 to 5 minutes so I know when to administer additional meds if my dog has a seizure. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank you.
