Is there a way to create a demo movie from QTVR?

In other words - program a left to right or top to bottom pan in an existing file and convert that to a .mov file. The idea is to demonstrate QTVR in a non-interactive demo.

Googling for "qtvr to mov" turns up qtvr2mov, "a simple to use application for creating video sequences from cubic or cylindrical QTVR panoramas."
