Creepy stories I half remember?

Short story collection(s) identification; space succubi, store brand cheetos, and grape soda.

I'm trying to identify two short stories that may or may not have been in the same collection.

Story One: Set on a remote space outpost, the viewpoint character is a cyborg that can turn off the living parts of himself. A succubus shows up and seduces him, nearly killing him before he discovers that she can't see him if he puts the living bits into their suspended animation state. There's a poignant bit at the end where he watches her wander the seemingly empty living quarters, while he watches, somewhat guilty about her grief and confusion, but mollified by the realization that she would have killed him eventually.

Story Two: The viewpoint character has a neighbor that only eats store brand puffed cheese snacks and grape soda. Creepy stuff happens. He wakes up trapped in the neighbor's body, unable to do anything but seek out the same snack sustenance.
