No Beta Blues Allowed!

Team Beta slogans? Our work team has a beta project...can you give me some cool slogans to keep up our morale? I found a sight with "your slogan here" betta fish bumper stickers--so what should we write? Other fun suggestions to get us through the next month? Thanks all!
I would be so tempted to make it "We're #2," but some people might not appreciate that.

Depends on the "irony" meter at your work...
