Sailor's hornpipe film clip?

Know where to find the video of the Sailor's Hornpipe that used to show up between kids programmes on Australian ABC afternoon TV in the 1980s?

It was some sort of Renaissance Fair. The only lasting visual I can remember is a mandolin player seated on a window ledge in a Robin Hood type hat. I presume it was Mike Oldfield's music, but I might be conflating the two as I didn't hear Tubular Bells until I was an adult.

Best answer: Portsmouth, by Mike Oldfield (of Tubular Bells fame). He actually plays every single instrument shown in the clip.

By that I mean, there's multiple Mike's in the clip. I used to think that it was played by a bunch of similarly-hairy brothers but it's just the one guy. (Sorry - typing with cat on keyboard)

Slightly OT but if anyone knows where I can watch/download/purchase episodes of "Secret Valley" (an early 80s kids TV show shown on ABC) please let me know!
