Learning Japanese in Osaka?

In Osaka – Japanese language courses or schools?

I'll be spending 3 months in Osaka this fall/winter. It's a great opportunity to acquire as much Japanese as possible. Could my dear fellow MeFites recommend any courses, schools, tutors, or venues to learn from?

少し日本語を話します... I am fortunate enough to pick languages up pretty quickly, and already have a pretty good grasp of the basics of Japanese. I'm interested in every aspect of learning languages ... Some vocabulary growth would be good, and having someone to ask about uncertainties collected through the day. I'd also like written-language tutoring – to have someone else organize the kanji and hiragana study process :) I'd prefer an implicit, intuition-based, broad-focus method of learning, rather than the explicit study of rules ...

But anything goes! Thank you so much.

Response by poster: Found a few!

ARC Japanese Academy offer an Intensive Japanese Course, a 3-month deal which you can pass after 20 days if if you get busy, it seems.

International Exchange Center seem quite inexpensive, and offer suitably short courses.

I'm not sure which school this Languages in Action page refers to, but it seems suitable. And inexpensive.

Osaka YMCA Japanese Language school looks great, but is more expensive than the others. Looks to be worth the money though.
