Does anyone recognize this painting or artist?
My friend purchased this print in a poster store in Myrtle Beach, SC in 1997. Her copy is torn and she'd like another, but has no idea of the artist or name of the painting. Any ideas? Tineye was no help.

Possibly Tamara de Lempicka? I'm not having luck finding it, though.

It's not de Lempicka. If your friend can remember the name of the store, calling/emailing them would be her best bet.
