Cheap TV to use as monitor?

Looking for a small (~15") TV to use as a monitor and for playing video games on. What are the options?

It's hard to get a good idea of the quality of the options from single-sentence reviews. Does anyone have any they'd recommend? (Sound is not an issue - I have great external speakers.)

I'd get a purpose-built monitor. An LCD-TV won't have the resolution you're wanting.

There are lots of cheap 15" lcd tvs with resolution of 1366 x 768 (example). I don't think you'll be able to find a good quality one however as generally the market for these will be people wanting a kitchen tv not a decent picture.

At 19", you can get some high quality brand name screens such as this. This still isn't full hd though. At 22" you can get full-hd brand-named TVs. I think 22" is your best option if have the space.

Make sure the native resolution is supported by your graphics card. Or the world will strat to look rather tall/skinny or short/fat.
