Rachel Getting Married is about the outcast of the family returning for the (big, involved) wedding and everyone is on extra drama tip toes and it's really good and the wedding is a major theme throughout.

Seconding Monsoon Wedding.

I liked My Big Fat Greek Wedding for the intercultural aspects.

Oh I forgot, the wedding in Rachel Getting Married is a mixed Jewish-Hindu wedding, so there is some fun intercultural stuff there too.

Classics include Four Weddings and A Funeral, and My Best Friend's Wedding. Also: Runaway Bride. All from a certain era with a certain feel.

Recommending and nthing:
-The Philadelphia Story
-My Big Fat Greek Wedding
-Father of the Bride
-Bridesmaids
-7 Brides for 7 Brothers

More abstractly, some great movies featuring weddings prominently, although not "wedding movies":
-Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2.
-The Godfather
-High Noon
-The Graduate
-The Quiet Man (most wedding-focused of the bunch)

Decent, if mainstream-y:
-I Love You, Man
-Wedding Crashers
-Penelope

The Paper Wedding, although the wedding itself doesn't take up much of the film.

Confetti is about three weddings. Great comic cast.

Nthing as hard as I can Monsoon Wedding and the Philadelphia Story. In case you didn't catch it in theater, what about Bridesmaids?

Margot at the Wedding was good.

2nd Sweetie Darling. A Wedding, by Robt Altman, is top of the shop. But you have to listen.

Not really about weddings, but the wedding-related bits are crucial to the plot and fun to watch:
The In-Laws (original)
The Graduate
Fiddler on the Roof
Bend It Like Beckham

Plus another vote for Monsoon Wedding and 4 Weddings and a Funeral

So I Married an Axe Murderer

Polish Wedding
The Wedding Date
The Wedding Singer

Only one mention so far of Four Weddings and a Funeral? Travesty!

Another vote for Bridesmaids. Definitely the most realistic I've seen, at least from the view of a, uh, bridesmaid.

In Her Shoes is a really good one about two sisters. It stars Toni Colette from Muriel's Wedding (who is also getting married in this one) and Cameron Diaz. Cameron is really good in it. Also, I still love My Best Friend's Wedding though that is pretty different from IHS.
