any help at all? where did you see it? do you have a better pic? (looks like a silkscreened shirt to me) mens or womens?

Do you mean a sweater or a sweatshirt? Weird sexist thing I've noticed is that men sometimes call sweatshirts 'sweaters,' so I'll just assume that's what you mean.

Google image search shows what appear to be sweatshirts with that design available on this site, scroll down a few to see it.

Just for your own edification, wearing pictures of the Buddha is generally considered to be very disrespectful and bad form.

Lots of people do it, but it's not a great idea. Appropriating sacred symbols by hipsters causes a lot of distress to some religious folk. And a lot of eye rolling from the rest.

If you really, really have to have one, please be careful where you wear it. Buddhist events and temples would be not a great idea.

I agree with taff. I believe Thailand specifically is very, very sensitive to this issue.
