How do I make dandelion wine?

Paging AskMe; I'd like the best recipes/tips you have on making dandelion wine. There's a lot of info on the net but I'm looking to the ones I trust most (as the info varies). Can you help?

My only advice as someone who has sampled some but not made it is that even the tastiest dandelion wine will smell a bit like turpentine. do not let this put you off, the wine may be tasty.

Obvious, but stay away from dandelions that have been sprayed.
