Looking for songs about or featuring California falling into the ocean.

Examples: It seems to be a motif I run across often, but can't remember songs other than these. Any more?

Best answer: Oooooh! Goodbye California by The Queers, from the Grow Up record.

(Can't find a youtube link, curses!)

"When you fall into the sea / Don't even look for me / I'll be in Boston hey hey hey!"

Best answer: Shango- "Day After Day"
In the 80s, radio station KROQ in L.A. used to sometimes interrupt whatever was playing and start up this song when an earthquake hit. Sometimes. I seem to remember a different version, though.

Day after day, more people come to L.A.
Ssh! Don't you tell anybody the whole place is slipping away.
Where can we go when there's no San Francisco?
Ssh! Better get ready to tie up the boat in Idaho.

I thought Bill Hicks might have had a song to go along with the album, Arizona Bay. Sadly, no, but it seems Tool did a song called Aenima referencing it:

Here in this hopeless fucking hole we call LA
The only way to fix it is to flush it all away.
Any fucking time. Any fucking day.
Learn to swim, I'll see you down in Arizona bay.

Best answer: California Jam by Klaatu
Pretty much the whole song is about California falling into the sea.
Ah, California
She's in mythical Malibu
Sitting on the ocean
Goodbye mythical Malibu
The San Andreas Misfortune
Will claim the lives of sons and wives
The headlines will fill page after page

Best answer: Naked and Famous, Presidents of the United States of America:

I can't explain glacial motion
Or why Los Angeles don't drop into the ocean

Though in the recording of the record in my head it's 'fall' into the ocean, not 'drop', so you might want to check that if complete accuracy is important.

Best answer: Firewater's "So Long, Superman" mentions it:

So long, Superman
I'll light a candle for you
Say a prayer as California
Falls into the sea
L.A., I never knew you
Goodbye, good riddance to you
Go to Hell and hallelujah
You never meant much to me.
