Question: W.H.Auden long-poem filter

Does anyone know if W.H.Audens "Orators an English Study" has been published as part of the larger collections of his work? The only editions I can find are out of my price range.

Specifically, I'm looking for "Journal of an Airman", although owning the whole thing wouldn't upset me.
It seem that it should be part of The English Auden: Poems, Essays and Dramatic Writings, 1927-1939, but I can't find a listing anywhere of what that book contains.

"Journal of an Airman" originally appeared as Book II of The Orators (1932), but contemporary readers will have an easier time obtaining The English Auden (edited by Edward Mendelson) than they will obtaining the volume in which the poem was originally published. [source].

Another Amazon link - (15 used & new available from $7.25).
