I need a super webcam

I need a web cam I can sit in the middle of a large conference table that moves to focus on who is speaking. Does such a thing exist?

Which is actually that same Polycom unit above. It's pretty slick from what I've seen.

I've been in a room with an in use Round Table and it indeed was slick.
