Help me identify this recent indie film set in Baltimore

I saw a trailer for an indie film about 6-8 months ago, or maybe a little longer. Please help me find the film based on very little information - gritty, realistic, probably not directly related to crime or police, set in Baltimore. The Baltimore bit seemed very important.

Really, that's about all I've got. I think the characters I remember from the trailer may have been working class/poor white folks. It might even be a documentary (thought I don't think so).

It was probably released in 2009 or 2010.

Thanks!

Response by poster: MonkeyToes, I think that's it, thanks. Just curious, were you able to google it in a way I wasn't based on my general info, or had you read about it or seen it yourself already?

'indie movie set in baltimore' brought it up in the first few results. A quick scan of the review suggested a match.
