Looking for henna

Where do I find body art quality henna in Vancouver, BC?

Tried box-dyeing my hair today for the first time. Didn't make one jot of difference to my very dark hair (I was hoping to just add a tint/sheen, but my hair is too dark for even that to take in one go, apparently).

I'm not interested in Big Colour Change enough to trying standalone bleaches/developers; as long as I'm in the market to gradually (hopefully, anyway) add a sheen, I might as well do it in a better manner than box dyes (whose stink permeated my bathroom) and I'd rather not do salons. All the internet research about compound hennas not playing nice with PPD and all that, though, has me wary.

I've found this and this. Are they any good? Anyone have any personal recommendations for henna they've found in the Vancouver, BC area? Bonus points if the recommendation includes BAQ indigo or cassia. (Yes, I've found the hennaforhair/Mehandi.com website, but it costs as much as the product to ship up here if not more, and I don't want to spend that much. You lucky Americans.)

I don't know anywhere specific but you would certainly find something if you strolled along little india around fraser to main and 41st to 49th.

I get my henna from Galloway's in Richmond. They sell henna in bulk and would likely have indigo or cassia as well and you could mix it up yourself.

If your hair is very dark though, henna isn't going to work for you. Box dyes include peroxide/ammonia etc. that remove some of the natural colour from your hair. If they didn't make a difference, henna definitely won't.
