What's the box above the urinal?

MensRoomFilter: Guys, your standing at the urinal. on the wall in front of you is a box with a hose that runs down to the urinal. What is is it and how does it work?

is it some sort of deodorizer? i am assuming it is but how? i never see anything come out of that hose

It could be a timed deodorizer/sanitizer thingy. At certain intervals it lets loose and spurts out a stream of cleaning stuff. We had one way back in my Burger King days to sanitize the dishwater.

Nice try dudes, but I seriously doubt that it is a "sanitizer." My vote is either camera, or some sort of device that is meant to cause and/or increase castration anxiety. Does the end of the hose look like a bird's beak?

Hmmm, Google won't find me the way these work, and we don't have one in our office to look at. If the hose were plumbed directly to the water line, it probably runs on water pressure. If it's just dangling in the bowl, and not dripping continuously, I'll guess it has a battery and timer.
