Firefox Add Bookmark Dialog Adjustment?

I've been using OpenBook to change Firefox's Add Bookmark behavior, but it isn't quite what I want. I would like the Add Bookmark dialog box to have the Description field included. Is there any extension or hidden setting that will allow me to expose this field?
