Refill cartridge for thrifted pen: "PIC non-dry refill ceramic"?

I've been tasked with finding a refill for an old pen picked up at a flea market. The cartridge is maroon and reads "PIC non-dry refill ceramic". It looks a lot like this refill, though the name is different. I can't tell if Schmidt and Pic might have been the same company. The name "Pic" makes for difficult googling! Any ideas?

This page suggests that the Schmidt 888 will work for PIC.

Actually, the page you link to says the same thing. "May be used as exact replacement for Pic, Hauser, Schneider, Bright Moon and many other refills."

Response by poster: Right, but I don't have a number or anything else for the pen, just an eyeballing that the cartridges look similar. I suppose if there isn't a model type, that implies a universality for refills... Still a little curious about the original, but the Schmidt looks like it will work.

Response by poster: I ended up going with a Pentel Universal Refill for Roller Ball Pens, on the suggestion of our company office supply rep and it does work. Thanks for the help!
