Enlarged prostates and orgasms

Most men develop an enlarged prostate as they age. I was wondering what effect an enlarged prostate would have on pleasure derived from the massaging of the prostate. Does an enlarged prostate make anal sex more pleasurable, less pleasurable or does it have no effect on pleasure?

My understanding is that an enlarged prostate is usually quite tender. In addition, when you first start to massage the prostate (enlarged or not), the surrounding muscles and tissues can be tight, and must relax and loosen before it feels pleasurable.
