Question: Installed Programs List

Is there a quick and easy way to generate a list of all of the programs I have installed on my WinXP computer?

I'm doing some updating to my computer, and moving to a larger hard drive. And so I want a printed list of the crap I had installed on the older drive.

The Belarc Advisor usually does a good job of this. Also useful to see what hardware you have.

Start | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs.

This will show you every program that was installed "properly". Some programs don't need to be installed properly to run, but in that case they don't need to be re-installed either.

Its also possible that some programs were not installed properly, but that should be pretty rare.
