Turkey trot

IstanbulFilter: help me identify this building in Istanbul.

I want to visit but don't know if it still exists! The photo was taken in the 2000s. Zero other info.

Best answer: My guess is that it is a construction workers union hall. Possibly in Taxim. Print out a copy of the phto and show it to any taxi driver in Istanbul, and he will know.
