Favorite recipes using canned coconut meat in syrup?
Favorite recipes using canned coconut meat in syrup? I bought this can of coconut meat in syrup a while ago when I was in a panic and bought that when meant to buy coconut milk for a curry. Too late to return the can. So what can I make with besides ice cream (don't have an ice cream maker) or a frozen drink? That's all I could find with google. Sweet or savory recipes are welcome. Also, not big into anything that turns it into coconut flakes, I don't like the texture much. Ideas?

I expect you could use the syrup in cocktails.
I would probably eat the coconut meat with a spoon (yum!) and then use the syrup in a dessert as a sauce, over ice cream, or blended in to sweeten a smoothie.
