Recycled vinyl in SF

At which shops in San Francisco can I find recycled billboard vinyl bags and accessories?

Across the street from that is the Timbuk2 store, which had recycled billboard bags a few weeks ago for a special event.

There is also a shop on Market between Octavia and Van Ness that carries Freitag bags, but I can't remember the name, they are a vintage/mid century/modern home decor/design shop. I'll try and figure it out!

OMCA in Oakland (a block from Lake Merrit BART) has them. They're neat.
