I'm looking for a blog post from a day or two ago that took the form of the letter that the government sent to Chuck D, as referenced in the Public Enemy song 'Black Steel In The Hour Of Chaos'

The text contained something like "Dear Chuck, We are suckers. We want you for our army or whatever" but the details and hence Google are failing me...
