Finding a summer sublet in Cairo

What's the easiest way for an American to find a cheap apartment in Cairo for the summer?

Craigslist doesn't seem to have very many. I'm looking for a July-August sublet. Are there other places worth looking?

The Cairo Scholars list has a bunch of these.
