Need help identifying a song from an animated short!

Does anyone know what music is playing in the background of this Louis CK animation short?

Louis CK Animated Short
It's a hilarious animated short starring Louis CK. Content could possibly be NSFW, violent scenes. In the background you can hear this great old foreign song, but I have no idea who it is. I absolutely love it!

If not the song, can anyone tell me where I can find similar music?
