rock surfing?

Maybe it's just a variation of Parkour, but does anyone have more information on this? (I tried asking mandala but no response)

Best answer: It's popular in Rio among young beach bum guys. Bears some semblance to some types of Parkour, but it doesn't have the urban aspect.

Basically, they run down a very steep rock slope in tennis shoes and shorts, leaping and bounding their way down. It's pretty hardcore, and probably pretty hard to commercialize.
