What computer software programs would help me type faster?

What are some recommendations for software to improve my type writing skills?

Wanted to ask explicitly here for any mefites who have suggestions of programs or software before commit the money. My computer version is Windows Enterprise.

this is a fun on-line typing game, it's free, and it works - type racer

http://keybr.com is pretty great, though what helped the most was lots of IM chatting.

In my late 20s, I learned from Mavis Beacon up to maybe 40wpm, then ICQ/Chat/Email beyond that.
