What is the best way to automatically post blog updates to FB?

I generally post links to stupid things on FB, but occasionally I post something that I want to come back to later, and it's difficult to search FB wall posts - posting to a blog, and then automatically updating to FB would be better, in terms of being able to find useful posts.

As well, my Wall posts (the links to outside web pages) are generally pretty popular with my FB friends, and get a lot of activity, generally because I try to post interesting (and generaly stupid) links, and try to take care with presentation, so whatever solution there is should ideally not include too much cruft (like when Tweets are reposted to FB)

If anyone has any ideas, it would be helpful!

There is a Tumblr app for Facebook. Would that work?

Response by poster: I'm ashamed to say that I don't quite understand Tumblr (or Live Journal) for that matter. How is it different than WordPress or Blogger?

NetworkedBlogs works for me (and 1.5 million others).

NetworkedBlogs is fantastic. If you don't want to go that route you can also pull the RSS feed directly into Facebook as notes. But then you have notes that have to be erased separately.

Response by poster: I don't really like FB notes, because they don't post any kind of pictures or commentary onto my Wall feed, and I like to think that it's photos and good intros that prompt people to open my links on FB anyway.

It's not that I'm all that concerned with "driving my FB friend readership", it's just that if I'm going to populate my FB friends' Walls with posts, I'd rather my posts be somewhat understandable and easy to click on; I don't want to send out a bunch of pollution.

I just use a "Share" bookmarklet to post the blog post to FB. It takes all of 3 seconds to do, and the manual intervention insures that only stuff I want going to FB from the blog goes there.

I use dlvr.it to deliver RSS/ATOM specific feeds to Facebook and Twitter. Getting Facebook to attach the correct automatically is sometimes a hassle, though.

RSS Graffiti is way better than facebook's own rss feed integration and there are loads of customization options. I found it really easy to set up and get running. (I didn't want to use an app but FB's own tool kept whinging about the feed being invalid even though it wasn't - I saw lots of other people having the same problem and recommending RSS Graffiti)
