Google Voice account transfer: now for Apps?

I've had a Google Voice with an @gmail.com login. Since you can make call through Google Apps' mail now, how can I transfer the Voice account (or even just the number) to my Apps account?

I just did this and it worked like a charm. Go fill out this form and wait a few days/weeks:

If you forward your @gmail.com mail to your apps email, turn off any email notifications being sent to your @gmail.com account before you transition it to your apps account. I did not, so I was getting two emails for each missed call/voicemail (one to gmail, one to apps).

And frankly, good luck with that transfer form. I've submitted it 3 times now, and gotten no response.
