Please recommend a good psychiatrist in Sillycon Valley

Please recommend a good Sillycon Valley psychiatrist that practice talk-therapy as a central piece of their work, in addition to medication. Bonus points if they attended top-tier schools like Harvard, Stanford, etc, for undergraduate/medical school. Thank you.

I don't have a local recommendation for you, but are you open to a psychologist or cognitive therapist. Most of the psychiatrists I know are moving towards less talk and more prescribing.

The Op specifically wanted a psychiatrist who view talk-therapy as a central piece of their work. He doesn't want want split treatment, i.e., a medication prescribing psychiatrist and a psychologist/therapist.

I can recommend Margaret Cochran; she's a psychologist rather than a psychiatrist, however. I'd recommend consulting with her regardless, as she probably will be able to point you to someone who might better fit what you're looking for, too.
