Preparing for my grand exit

Can anybody recommend a good estate attorney in San Francisco? We want to set up a will, and we undoubtedly need the whole estate-planning package (power of attorney, living trusts, etc).
Before calling the Bar Association of SF referral service I thought I'd see if anybody here has had a good experience with a local law firm.
Hubby and I have some property and stocks but it's not a huge amount. We have no kids so we want to leave the whole shebang to a charity. Can the charity be the executor?
How much should I expect to pay? Are there "red flag" amounts - too low, too high?
Office in San Francisco would be best, but East Bay or Peninsula would be OK.
Thanks in advance!

I have personal experience with Greg Menzel in San Mateo and can recommend him - he did a very good job with our estate planning (we have kids and a house, FWIW). I felt his price was fair.
Disclosure: He was recommended to us by my brother-in-law, who is a CPA, and I am sure their offices mutually refer one another when asked.

The estate planning department at Carr, McClellan, Ingersoll, Thompson & Horn in Burlingame is excellent.

I haven't worked directly with Catherine Tullner, but I find her very smart and thoughtful, and would recommend her.
