Looking for a dying bullfighter poem featuring wounds burning like suns.

I read this poem somewhere, decades ago. It contained the very Yoda-like phrase: "Like suns his wounds were burning". I've Googled up a storm over this one, but no luck so far. Anybody recognize it?

That phrase is 6 lines up from the bottom of Section 1.

Yes, that's it! I seem to have added the Yoda-like phrasing myself, as the original reads "The wounds were burning like suns". I've obviously watched Star Wars too many times.

Well, the original reads:

Las heridas quemaban como soles

You could be remembering it correctly but from a different translation.
