Pythagoras Switch available to purchase?

Is the adorable Japanese children's TV show Pythagoras Switch, (aka Pitagora Suicchi) available as a dvd or download in the US?

For the last several years I have been delighted by the odd bits and pieces of the Japanese children's television show Pythagoras Switch I've come across online. Is there a legitimate way to buy the series, preferably with English subtitles? I've noticed that most of the videos of the actual show have been removed from YouTube and the Google Video clips will be gone in a few days. It seems the videos may be available from Amazon Japan, but would not be playable in the US.

I have two of the DVDs, comes with a photo book as well.

If Amazon sell them, they would be Region 2 NTSC.

As mentioned by OP, unless you have a region-free player, or using your PC, ripped them to be Region Free, then played them.
